Fly In Your Dreams

Let the heart free to do its desires upright,

Not fear the darkness or the holy light;

Why stop yourself to contemplate the good or bad,

Cos what's hated today might tomorrow be a fad!

Alight your fears as they always live so short,

Drink up that passion as if it were a drought;

Think not so much with your feeble little mind,

Truth be told it will always be perspective to your find.

Live as if no sub-sequence will ever follow your life,

Break shackles of rearing always so rife;

Let your heart have those wings to stifle those silent screams,

If not in reality atleast fly in your dreams...

Lightning and the Stone

It started with that smile so subtle and calm like wind after rain,

A smile to brighten the dark so beautiful yet sane;

Wish it stayed so, infectious and serene still out of arms reach,

Like the blue ocean afar, calm but tough to breach.

But it didn't stop there and seeped into all the darkness it could find,

Did so with ease and fervor and with all its goodness to bind;

Afar lay a stone, cold unbreakable and gloomy dark,

Impossible to break or touch, in a different world it struggled to make a mark.

And then it happened like a bolt of lightning cutting through the darkness laden skies,

A laughter beamed the glow of the sun and the crackle of childish cries;

The stone unruffled with the thunder, for days it did not care,

Relentless the lightning's laughter, kept striking until it caught the lonely stone's stare.

And the stone looked upon the brightness with now eager eyes feeling distraught,

Tried so hard to spread it's arms, to reach the lightning smile but could not;

There was more thunder and lightning made everything so dazzling bright,

Alas thought the stone , it never could do more than to bask in it's glorious light.

Fly Little Birdie

Been long since u spread those majestic wings to fly,

Long since you have let those tears dry,

It's time to shake up spread out and take a new leap,

Let go of all past and cos they are not yours to keep.

Don't think what's next cos u never did so before,

Stop those doubts before they come as there is no place for them anymore,

Just fly little birdie away from sadness to a new bright day,

Fly towards glory and glee, fly to a make a new way.

Shed those fears and inhibitions and swoop like u never did,

Bring your heart out in the open which u for so long hid,

Fly oh fly birdie and you will again feel the wind brush your soul,

Go higher as you fly and maybe just maybe you will reach ur heart's goal.

One Last Time

Let me not care what the world thinks one last time,
Gliding through the times i just wanna hold u to make u mine,
Be there for u whenever u are happy or in perpetual gloom,
Will embrace all your pain till u no more feel them so soon.


Hold my hand and come with me to eternity and beyond,
Let's sit under the gleaming stars beside a serene pond,
Each other we will have and maybe not much to go by,
Why don't we give love one last chance and one final try?

Look Within

They scream of injustice whilst breeding it within,

As their short sight only reaches their beliefs so thin;

Which change every moment based on opinions of the world,

They still choose to nourish their evils within them all curled.

They think they are liberal, but they are so wrong,

If only their understanding of Humanity would be as strong;

It only takes a dent, a crack to shatter it all apart,

Hidden hypocrisies ooze out at the mere sight of a tart.

They ogle so much into the world of the outside,

If only equal pains would be to place more reflections inside;

If live and let live could be a motto which could be taught,

It could have been the first words a child ever brought.
